REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
The only form of documentation for U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico is a valid passport.
TRIP CONDITIONS
Award Issuance: Only the specific trip for two (as outlined in this announcement mailing) will be issued. No other trips,
equipment credits or alternatives are available. No changes are permitted to any booking 60 days before departing.
The sales qualification period will run from August 1, 2006 through July 31, 2007. Please note the award levels:
Retailers that purchased over $250K in 2005-2006 (last year), and increase their 2006-2007 purchases by at least $1K
over last year, go for free!
Retailers must have purchases of at least $100K in 2006-07, and a purchase increase over 2005-06 of:
1. $30K = To get a trip for free!
2. $20K = To get a $749.00 buy-in opportunity
3. $10K = To get a $1,499.00 buy-in opportunity
Retailers that increase their 2005-2006 purchases by more than $100K and purchase at least $200K in 2006-2007 will
earn a second trip for free! Options other than a second trip are not available.
Initial Registration Fee: Retailers need to purchase (1) 359-20” Chainsaw at promo price of $489.99 (or pay $100 which
will be billed to your account) to be eligible for the trip, in addition to the above conditions.
Eligible Retailers: Only dealers of record with current accounts throughout the promotion period and at trip
time are eligible for this trip promotion.
All "past due accounts" must be current in order to participate.
All trips awarded will be based on two adults sharing one room.
Retailer Purchases: Retailers cannot combine purchases to reach the sales goal. Retailers with multiple outlets will have
their sales combined into one for the purpose of this promotion.
Participation Limitation: Only retailers, their immediate families and key employees will be allowed to participate in the
trip promotion.
Trip Departure Point: The airports being used for the trip program are Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO)
International Airports. Cost to get to these airports is at the retailer's expense.
Taxes: Payment of local, state or federal taxes is the sole responsibility of the retailer.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of strikes or acts of God or conditions beyond normal control that would prohibit
BEE TEE Equipment from shipping equipment or that would keep the airlines from providing space on the specific trip
date, BEE TEE Equipment reserves the right to either cancel the program, or to provide an equal alternative.
